Q & A

>> What is the best age for my child to learn a new language?

The simple answer is the earlier, the better. A recent study conducted by MIT indicates that the best time to learn a new language with native-speaker proficiency is by the age of 10. Research shows it is easier for young children to learn a second language, which improves cognitive skills for the child.

>> Is it too confusing to my child to learn multiple languages at the same time?

No. Children can learn multiple languages at the same time.

>> How often should my child attend a language class to achieve better results?

We recommend two or more times per week.

>> What is the makeup policy?

If your child is enrolled in Academy classes or online classes, please send us an email to schedule a makeup before your class starts. If your child is enrolled in a before/after school program, most schools have a “no make up” policy.   Please refer to the registration document at your child’s school.

>> What is the cancellation policy?

We have a very flexible cancellation policy! For online classes, please give us a written notice via email 48 hours before the class starts, and we will issue the full refund.
